WelcomeWelcome to the California Crime and Intelligence Analysts Association. CCIAA consists of six regional associations that span the state, and involve more than 100 law enforcement professionals. CCIAA's purpose is to promote the exchange of crime and intelligence information and encourage professional development in the analysis field. Each regional association provides training and resource opportunities throughout the year. Our membership comes together for the CCIAA Annual Conference, which is hosted by a different association each year.

Once again, our display booth has been approved for the Public Safety Showcase at ESRI's User Conference. The booth will be set up on June 18, then open on the 19, 20 and 21 )half day). Please encourage your folks to attend, or submit a powerpoint slide or two for display to Michelle Smith at San Berdoo SO (mjsmith@sbcsd.org). I'll have an address for mailing hard copy maps to in San Diego shortly. While whizz bang is okay, NUTS AND BOLTS is better!!! Encourage your folks to send what they really make on a regular basis, along with their contact info - they can network w/o being present. With our co-conference coming up, we're making this on opportunity to partner with the IACA, either with a combined or adjacent booth, so the same solicitation will go their way. I can't stress enough how well people have responded to our presence, and how well it reflects on our association and profession. |
